These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voice Drop mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Hubble ("we," "our," "us"). By downloading, creating an account, or using Voice Drop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Voice Drop lets you capture spoken and written thoughts ("drops"), transcribes voice recordings, and uses automated AI to sort content into cards (ideas, insights, questions, decisions, reflections, references), threads, mixes, and projects. The Service is for personal organization and creative use only. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Voice Drop. You may use the app as a guest without creating an account; guest data may be stored locally on your device and may not sync across devices until you sign up.
If you create an account, you are responsible for all activity under it and for keeping your login credentials secure. Sign-in may be provided through Apple, Google, or email link. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Parts of the Service require a paid subscription ("Voice Drop Pro"). A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers; pricing (monthly or yearly) is shown in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details. Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies, except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; you must cancel separately to stop future charges.
You own your drops: voice recordings, transcripts, written notes, cards, threads, mix results, and projects you create. Voice Drop does not claim ownership of your content and does not make it public or share it with other users.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transcribe, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where we must retain data by law.
You are responsible for ensuring you have any consent legally required before recording other people or capturing their personal information.
You agree not to misuse Voice Drop. This includes, without limitation:
Uploading or processing unlawful content; infringing others' intellectual property or privacy rights; exploiting or endangering minors; attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; circumventing usage limits or security measures; or using the Service to build a competing dataset or product.
We rely in part on our AI providers' safety systems to detect and refuse certain harmful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Transcription and sorting use third-party speech-to-text and language-model systems. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete: transcripts may contain errors, and cards may be miscategorized. Review important content before relying on it. You can edit or delete transcripts and cards in the app at any time.
The Voice Drop app, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, code, or branding beyond normal use of the app as intended.
You may stop using Voice Drop and delete your account at any time. See our Delete Account page for instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Sections covering your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing provisions survive termination where applicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, or uninterrupted availability. Use the export tools to back up content that matters to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubble will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
